Terms of Service

By downloading or using GetCall (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the rate displayed in the App.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies.
3. Legal Use
You are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding call recording. In many jurisdictions, recording a call requires consent from all participants. Use of the App for unlawful surveillance is strictly prohibited.
4. Your Content
Recordings created with the App remain your property. They are stored on your device. We have no access to them.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost recordings, data loss, or unauthorized access.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
