This Privacy Policy describes how GetCall ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application ("App").
Information We Collect
GetCall is designed to keep your data on your device. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:
- Call & voice recordings: Stored locally on your device. Recordings are not uploaded to any server.
- Anonymous analytics: Aggregated usage data (feature usage, crash reports) collected via Firebase Analytics to improve the App.
- Subscription & purchase data: Processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store payment details.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve App functionality.
- To diagnose crashes and resolve technical issues.
- To process subscriptions and verify entitlements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. We use the following third-party services strictly for their stated purposes:
- Firebase (Google) — anonymous analytics & crash reporting.
- Superwall — paywall management.
- Apple App Store — subscription management.
Permissions
- Microphone: Required to record audio.
- Phone: Required to detect call state for call recording.
- Contacts (optional): Used to label recordings with contact names.
- Notifications: To remind you about features and updates.
Your Rights
You can delete recordings at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all local data. To opt out of analytics, disable tracking in your iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Children's Privacy
GetCall is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
